Booting into safe mode is very useful especially when you are trying to remove a malware or a software that refuses to uninstall for some reason.  Safe mode is a boot method that exists in almost all the operating systems. This boot method is usually used to troubleshoot or recover an operating system from virus .

HOW THE SAFE MODE BOOTING WORKS

When you boot into safe mode, all Third- party softwares (That is: Softwares that didn't come with the System or Software that was user installed by the user from unknown sources) Will be disabled, as if the system never had such softwares. If you had an android and wanted to uninstall an app that seem stubborn to uninstall, safe mode is a safe bet.
