How can I block certain numbers from calling me without downloading third party apps? Thought you'd ask

You might have someone you don't want to talk to maybe because you don't want to be disturbed or you are not in good terms. It might occur to you, to block the person temporarily or permanently depending on you. Although third party apps like True Caller or Avast mobile security have made such tasks possible, but most times people don't get to install such apps maybe because of WiFi bills or insufficient storage on your device.

Well you don't have to worry about those third party apps any more, once have read this article.

Below is a simple process on how to block incoming calls from any phone number in your country, even customer service unwanted calls can be blocked, just read carefully and use the images as reference :

• Step 1: Open your phone app or dialer and click on the three dot at the top right corner of the screen, that is the menu where you can access the feature

• Step 2: After, you should see some options, click on settings 

 

 

 

• Step 3:  Then click on Call Rejection just like I did in the image below 

• Step 4:  Select call auto reject mode, there you can choose to either reject any incoming call, turn off auto reject and select specific numbers to block. 

• Step 5:  Select Auto reject list if you want to block specific contacts or phone numbers, select off to disable Auto reject and All numbers to block all incoming calls (Not recommended) 

 

• Step 6: Select the three dot menu again, at the top right of the screen 

• Step 7: Click on Add and you should see a screen like the image in step 8

• Step 8: Select the contact from your device or add manually in the text field you see
